The short answer

What is THINK EAT SLEEP REPEAT™?

It is a 12 week online weight loss programme built around hypnotherapy and psychology rather than around food rules. You receive one resource a day, 84 in total, including 12 hypnosis sessions, alongside live coaching and a community.

Most diets tell you what to eat. Very few address why you eat when you are not hungry, why the plan collapses in week three, or why the weight comes back. That gap is the entire reason this programme exists.

It was built over twenty years of clinical practice, by therapists rather than by a diet company.

The part nobody addresses

Why the weight came back last time

It was not because you lacked discipline. Restriction works for a while and then stops, because it never touched the reasons the eating was happening in the first place.

Stress. Habit. Reward. Boredom. Eating to manage a feeling rather than a hunger. Rules do not reach any of that, so when life gets difficult the rules go first and the old patterns are still sitting there underneath, waiting.

Working on those patterns is slower than a crash diet and considerably more durable. That is the trade you are being offered here, and we would rather be honest about it than promise you a quick fix.

Is this you?

Who the programme is for

You have lost it before

You have done the diet clubs, the apps and the plans. You lost weight, and then you watched it come back, probably more than once.

You have a date in mind

A wedding, a holiday, a birthday, a photograph you do not want to dread. Something has given you a reason to start now rather than in January.

You want to feel different

Not just weigh differently. More comfortable in yourself, less preoccupied with food, and less of your head taken up by all of it.

If you are looking for a meal plan, a calorie target or someone to weigh you every week, this is not that, and we would rather tell you now.

Before you join

Who it is not for, and when to speak to your GP

If you have an eating disorder, are recovering from one, or think you might have one, this programme is not right for you and we would not enrol you. Weight focused work can cause real harm in that situation. Beat, the UK eating disorder charity, is free on 0808 801 0677, and your GP is a good first step.

We would also encourage you to speak to your GP first if you are pregnant, if you have diabetes or another condition affected by changes in eating, or if you are taking medication that affects appetite or weight.

This is a psychological programme. It is not medical treatment, we do not prescribe, and we do not give dietary or nutritional advice. If you want that, your GP can refer you to a registered dietitian, and the two sit together perfectly well.

The heart of the programme

Your 12 hypnosis sessions

Each one works on a different part of the picture. Listen as you go through the programme, and come back to any of them whenever you need to.

01

Think Eat Sleep Repeat™

Setting the foundations and getting your mind working with you rather than against you.

02

Reducing your alcohol intake

Easing back on one of the quietest contributors to weight, sleep and mood.

03

Reducing your sugar intake

Working with cravings rather than trying to out-willpower them.

04

Reducing your stress

Stress affects appetite, sleep and the decisions you make at nine in the evening.

05

Healthy eating

Making better choices feel like preference rather than punishment.

06

Ultimate confidence

Building the self-belief that carries you through the weeks where nothing seems to be happening.

07

Building tolerance for the discomfort that any real change involves.

09

Loosening the link between how you feel and what you reach for.

An honest comparison

How it differs from a diet club

What a diet club does well: structure, accountability, a weekly weigh-in and a plan to follow. For plenty of people that is genuinely enough, and if it is working for you, keep going.

Where it tends to fall down: it works on the food and not on the reasons. When the plan stops, the reasons are still there. That is why so many people lose the same weight several times over.

What this does instead: works on the habits, the emotional triggers and the beliefs about yourself that sit underneath the eating. It is slower to show on a set of scales and it tends to hold better afterwards.

What we will not claim: that it works for everyone, that results are guaranteed, or that you will lose a particular amount in a particular time. Anyone promising you that is guessing.

How it works

A 12 week path to habits that last

You receive one resource a day through your own online portal. Some days that is a hypnosis session, some days a short video, some days a single idea to try.

It is designed to take a manageable amount of time each day rather than to take over your life, because programmes that demand an hour a day are the ones people quietly abandon in week two.

The hypnosis sessions stay yours. You can return to them long after the twelve weeks are done, which is where a good deal of the lasting value sits.

What makes it different

Why THINK EAT SLEEP REPEAT™

Built by therapists

Created by James Holmes and the team at OLIP Therapy, not by a diet brand or a marketing company.

Mind first

It works on the psychology rather than only on the plate, which is the part almost every other programme leaves out.

Twenty years of practice

Drawn from two decades of clinical work with people whose relationship with food had stopped working for them.

Yours to keep

The hypnosis sessions do not expire when the programme does, so the support continues as long as you want it.

Your questions answered

THINK EAT SLEEP REPEAT™ questions, answered

Does hypnotherapy actually work for weight loss?

Hypnotherapy is widely used for weight and eating habits, and many people find it genuinely helpful, particularly with cravings, emotional eating and sticking with a change. We will be straight with you though: the research base is not as strong as it is for something like CBT, and no honest practitioner would promise you a guaranteed result. What this programme offers is a well-built, structured approach to the part other programmes ignore.

How is this different from a normal diet club?

Diet clubs work on what you eat, and do it well. This works on why you eat when you are not hungry, why plans collapse, and what you believe about yourself. It is slower to show on the scales and it tends to hold better once the programme ends. Plenty of people do both.

Will I be given a diet plan or a calorie target?

No. We do not set targets, prescribe eating plans or give nutritional advice. This is psychological work. If you want dietary guidance, your GP can refer you to a registered dietitian and the two work well side by side.

How much weight will I lose?

We cannot tell you, and we would not trust anyone who could. It depends on where you are starting from, what you do with the programme, and a good deal that is outside anyone's control. What we can tell you is what the programme contains and what it works on.

How long is the programme, and how much time does it take each day?

Twelve weeks, with one resource a day. Most days that is a short video or a single idea. The hypnosis sessions take longer, and they are the ones worth making room for. It is designed to fit around a normal life rather than to become one.

Is it all online?

Yes. Everything runs through your own online portal, including the hypnosis sessions, videos, live webinars and community, so you can take part from anywhere in the UK at times that suit you.

Do I need any experience with hypnosis?

None at all. The sessions are gentle and easy to follow. You stay awake and aware throughout, and you cannot be made to do anything you would not ordinarily do. Most people simply find them relaxing.

Can I join if I have an eating disorder?

No, and we would not enrol you. Weight focused programmes are not appropriate for anyone who has, or is recovering from, an eating disorder, and they can cause real harm. Please speak to your GP, or Beat on 0808 801 0677. We would still be glad to support you in a different way.

What if I fall off partway through?

You will have a bad week. Everyone does, and one of the twelve sessions exists specifically for that. The programme is built on the assumption that you will slip, rather than on the fantasy that you will not.

How do I get started?

Start with a free 15 minute call. We will answer your questions, tell you honestly whether the programme is right for you, and go through what it costs before you commit to anything.
