How is this different from a normal diet club?
Most diet clubs focus only on what you eat. This programme works on your mindset, habits and relationship with food as well, using hypnosis and psychology, so the change comes from within and is far more likely to last.
How long is the programme?
It runs over 12 weeks, with a resource to work through each day. It is designed to set you up with healthy habits and thinking for life, and you can revisit the hypnosis sessions whenever you like.
Is it all online?
Yes. Everything is delivered through your own online portal, including the hypnosis sessions, videos, live webinars and community, so you can take part from anywhere, at times that suit you.
Do I need any experience with hypnosis?
Not at all. The sessions are gentle, relaxing and easy to follow, whether you have tried hypnosis before or not. All you need to do is listen and let the process do its work.
