You should not have to rearrange your life to get help
No commute, no waiting room, no half day off work, no explaining to anyone where you are going. You choose the room, you choose the time, and the work is the same work. Plenty of people start online because it is easier, and then stay online because they prefer it.
If you are nowhere near Hampshire
Wherever you live and whatever your time zone, sessions are arranged around you. Distance stopped being a reason to go without therapy some time ago.
If your diary is already full
No travelling either side means an hour is genuinely an hour. Some people do their session in a lunch break and go straight back to their day.
If leaving the house is hard
Whether that is a health condition, a disability, or anxiety that makes going out the very thing you need help with, none of it needs to be sorted before you begin.
If you would rather nobody knew
Nobody sees you arrive and nobody sees you leave. What you say is treated as confidentially online as it is in the room.
Every therapy we offer works over video
Online counselling, hypnotherapy, CBT and EMDR, with the same people and the same care. If you are looking for an online hypnotherapist or counsellor anywhere in the UK, this is all of it.
What you need, and it is less than you think
No app to learn, no account to set up, nothing to buy.

Something with a camera
A phone, a tablet or a laptop, and an internet connection. If you are reading this, you almost certainly have what you need.

2
Whatever you already use
Most people use FaceTime or WhatsApp video, both of which are encrypted end to end. Zoom is there if you prefer it. Your therapist sets it up with you.

A room where you will not be interrupted
Somewhere you can talk without being overheard, and lie down if you are having hypnotherapy. A parked car counts. So does a spare room, or the house once everyone is out.

Nothing else to arrange
Sessions are paid when you book, by debit or credit card. Anything you are unsure about, your therapist will walk you through beforehand.
As a busy, widowed, working mum of three, time is at an absolute premium. With online therapy there is no travelling. Within a minute or two my therapist is working with me, and the sessions really feel no different to being in the room. If anything I am more relaxed, because I am in my own home. My experience, from the moment I first picked up the phone, has been second to none.Mrs B, Basingstoke
The things people worry about before booking online
Will it work as well as sitting in the room?
For most people, yes. The research supports it, and so does our own experience since 2012. A number of clients find they open up faster online, because they are somewhere they already feel safe. Hypnotherapy works particularly well at home, since you are in your own space rather than getting comfortable in a stranger's chair.
What if I am not good with technology?
If you can answer a video call, you can do this. Most people use FaceTime or WhatsApp, which are already on their phone. If something goes wrong mid-session, your therapist will simply ring you.
What if someone at home overhears?
It is one of the most common worries and there is usually a way round it. People use a parked car, a spare room, headphones, or a time of day when the house is empty. Your therapist will help you work out what fits your situation.
Can I do this from outside the UK?
Yes. We work with clients internationally and arrange sessions around your time zone rather than ours.
Is it private?
Your sessions are confidential, and held to exactly the same standard online as in person. As with any registered therapist, there are rare legal and safeguarding situations where confidentiality has limits, and your therapist will explain those at the start so you know where you stand from the outset.
What does it cost?
The same as being in the room, with nothing added for being online. Every figure is on the fees page, and sessions are paid when you book by debit or credit card.
Your first session could happen from your own sofa
You do not have to know which therapy you need, or be ready to start. Book a free consultation and you will come away knowing what would help, whether or not you book anything after it.
