How do I know which therapist is right for me?

You do not have to work it out on your own. Tell us what you would like help with and we will show you the therapists who work with that every week. If you would rather talk it through, book a free 15 minute call and we will match you ourselves.

Do I need to know whether I want counselling, hypnotherapy, CBT or EMDR?

No. Choosing the approach is our job rather than yours. Many people are helped by a blend of more than one, and your therapist will talk this through with you at the start.

How much does therapy cost at OLIP Therapy?

Counselling is 72 pounds for a 50 minute session, or 396 pounds for a course of six. Hypnotherapy and CBT are 90 pounds a session, or 504 pounds for six. EMDR is 126 pounds a session, or 480 pounds for four. Your first consultation is free.

Can I be seen in person in Fareham, or is it online only?

Both. You can be seen in person at our Fareham practice, with free parking at the door, or online from anywhere in the UK. Sessions are the same price either way and you can switch between them.

Do you work with children and young people?

Yes. Several of our therapists work with children from the age of seven, and others see young people from thirteen or sixteen upwards. Choose the child or teen option and you will only be shown therapists who work with that age group.
