# OLIP Therapy Ltd

The practice was co-founded by James Holmes and Sue Peckham in 2003 and offers counselling, hypnotherapy, CBT, EMDR, Hypno-CBT, Hypno-EMDR and couples counselling. Sessions are available in person in Fareham and online across the UK, seven days a week. Every client is offered a free 15 minute consultation and is matched to a named therapist rather than assigned to whoever is available.
